Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its second location in Maine on Monday, March 25th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 139 Riverside Street (I-95 Exit 48).
On March 24th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Camp Sunshine. Nestled along the shores of beautiful Sebago Lake, Camp Sunshine is a year-round retreat, which provides respite, support, joy and hope to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. Since Camp Sunshine’s inception, over 8,000 families have been able to regroup, reenergize, and restore hope for the future. “We are excited to partner with The Egg & I Restaurant and are grateful for their continued support,” says Michael Smith, Director of Special Events for Camp Sunshine.
“We are all very excited about this event to support Camp Sunshine and about our new restaurant opening.
